The Gi-Oji Elves are a group of elves that live within the confines of Gi-Oji City - a city tucked between the trees of the Murmuring Woods. They have turned their back on nature in favor of technology and are run by a council of powerful elves that are set on draining the energy from the surrounding woods in order to sustain life within Gi-Oji City. This energy from the woods is covertly being used to recreate a Great Spirit of Vaetiria's past which could be utilized as a weapon of war.
